Club EQ – December 2013 Blue & Green with Contest

Let It Snow

Let It Snow

O Holy Night

O Holy Night

Well it’s that time of the month again where I post my Club EQ entries for the month. December 2013 just ended and the theme this last month was to create a blue or green or mix the two colors together in your quilt. We could create our own quilt, or use the blocks within EQ. Being that I like to create my own EQ projects, as I find it challenging to do something no one else will do, I again created two wallhangings for this months challenge.

You can view all the participants for December 2013 here and the current challenge is here.

I was totally engaged in these projects, one had been created earlier in October and colored very differently, where as the other I created just for Decembers Club EQ challenge.

If you can guess the project that was created earlier, I will give you the pattern of your choice.

This is for everyone, there isn’t just one winner. When you place your guess in the comment section of this site, please also put which pattern you’d like as your free gift. If your correct, I will send you a link where you can download your pattern.

I’m not going to say you can’t enter twice, so if you don’t hear from me in email within 48 hours, please feel free to make another guess. Since there’s only two choices, it should be pretty easy.

Do not do both at once tho, I will ignore any commenter who’s comments are a guess of both at the same time. Also, no double guessing in the same comment.

I am still preparing the documentation for these patterns, so please give me a day or so to get that done. I will however write and let you know to expect a link.

This contest ends January 31, 2014.

Have fun and enjoy, and thank you sew much for stopping by,

So lovely! 🙂
Greetings from Finland!
Hugs, Ulla

I like both blocks, but especially like the three wisemen.

Caroline King

first created ‘O Holy Night’ mainly because it is the Three Kings, which we use as our Christmas greeting each year and there are 3 of us and the name is King.
