Terms of Services
All sites built will be given full service, in respect to design, style, html process, and working with you to guarantee your satisfaction. I build unique sites with your vision in mind.
Payments For Services
Simply put, I charge 15.00 per hour for my services. This doesn't vary, I don't offer packages or hosting of any kind. A simple one page site can cost as little as 75.00, while an eCommerce site could cost as much as 300 to 700.00.
I give a break on hourly rates if I am hired to maintain the site for a period of six months to one year.
I will provide an estimate of hours, and will expect half to be paid upfront. If my estimate of hours is over the amount of time given, I'll work free of charge, however, if there are unreasonable requests for changes and revisions, I will charge extra. If I work under the amount of hours estimated, I will refund any money owed you.
Because of the type of service I offer, refunds are not given. Should you decide to not follow thru, I will not refund your deposit, but will refund any moneys over the deposit that have been paid.
Changes & Revisions
As long as I am working with you, there will always be a constant need to change or fix something that we find wrong. However, once the process is finished, should you find you need something added, fixed, replaced, or changed, the hourly rate will be charged for these services.
Copyright
This is a huge issue with me. I take it very seriously, as should anyone who creates something they treasure. All work done by me is copyrighted and owned by me. I have no problem with minor revisions, but major revisions, I would ask that you respect my work by simply asking to make those changes. Most times I'll have no problem with it.
Graphic Copyrights
All graphic artists hold the copyrights to their art. I will never disrespect any artist by not giving them proper credit. You, as the client will need to add the artist's link or email on your site when you use their art to either create your site, or your products. You will also need to follow any terms of use policies they ask and expect.
Scripters
Sites such as Dynamic Drive, one of the most widely used sites for java and dhtml scripting, deserves credit for all the work they offer sites free of charge. I will never remove their information for any scripts added to your site. These must remain in place as part of their terms of use.

Nothing above may be resold, or shared without the direct permission of myself, graphic artists, or scripters. You have purchased the right to use these items, you do not own them.
All sites I work on must include a footer line that reads ©2008 - Site Created by M. Pena with a link to http://www.seamstobesew.com - Removing this line is a violation of copyright and our working agreement.
All issues above are non-negotiable with me. Frankly, if you are unwilling to give credit, where's it's due, I simply can't be bothered to help you with your site. On this issue alone I have stopped working with clients who simply refuse to give proper credit where it's due.

Last But Not Least
What you'll take away when you work with me is knowledge. I will show you how to work with your website, by showing you how to update it, maintain it, and back it up. In many cases you'll have a better knowledge of HTML and how it works.
With a cart solution, you'll know how your cart works from the inside out. If you have future questions, you only need to ask. I provide you answers and have never yet charged extra fees for it. I will always make time for my clients.
