You’re probably thinking I’d be tired of doing events, but I am so ready to start on something new and different…
I’ve made no bones about the fact that Winter is my favorite season of the year, and now that I’m moving to the Winter Wonderland in Colorado, I am so looking forward to digging out all my sweaters and enjoying the wearing of my sweaters once again. It’s like I will have a whole new closet of clothing coming to me even tho they are pretty old. Here in Sicily, while it does get cold in the winter, it’s never quite cold enough to wear sweaters or heavy coats. Ever since we moved from Germany, my sweaters have literally been on vacation, getting very little use at all. They will be singing with joy as they know that I love each and every one of them. Most were all hand picked by my eyes for a permanent home with me. My other favorites for winter are flannel and wool… I love both fabrics and I love to sew with them.
So, I’ve decided I want to see your winter projects too.
Your welcome to incorporate any part of winter into your project, it can include any holidays that the winter season brings or just something you decorate your home with or perhaps wear out during winter.
There is a restriction.. 🙂
You must include some type of fabric that is not cotton. Flannel, wool, corduroy, tweed, etc… You can have cotton in your project, but I’d really love to see you bring other fabric types into your project. Or don’t use cotton, I won’t be using cotton in mine. 🙂
A mention of older projects, if you have something you’ve already created, it is ok to use it for this blog hop as long as you have not previously featured it already on your blog.
The rest of the guidelines can be found here. Please take a moment and review them. They open in a new tab, so it’s easy to come back to this page when your done.
