Around The Block – Colorado Released…

W31 stbs 2021 ColoradoAs you all know I dislike posting on Sundays and rarely ever do it. However, I committed to this event and decided for a few weeks of the year it would be worth it to share my love of Colorado with you. I am doing one other state later in the year, but you’ll have to wait to find out which one that is.

We had the pleasure of moving to Colorado in 2016. It’s hard to believe we have no been here for four years, but it also feels sometimes like it’s been years and years. Since moving here and while I really love living in Colorado, it just seems my health has steered toward the downwards angle. I try to look past it tho and be as happy of a person as I can be.

My first release for this event is Colorado and I’m happy to share this free forever pattern with you. The free version of this pattern is in a 6-inch block. I have however expanded a full pattern in 6, 9, 12, and 15-inch blocks because I believe it has many more uses.

This is NOT a pieced pattern, it is totally applique.

  1. As soon as you are better, I would also love a link to the block in the larger block sizes. Get healthy! We can wait.

  2. I have been looking for the link to the Colorado block, haven’t been able to find it, as I see so many others hasn’t been able to also. Beautiful block. I hate to miss it

  3. Has anyone heard from Marian? I know she had some health issues, and hasn’t posted as often while she goes thru PT and such, but she hasn’t posted here for several weeks despite the questions we all are asking (which isn’t like her)….and her FB page hasn’t been posted to for over a month! I am NOT needing her private medical situation, just it’s been so long for her and unlike her, that I am starting to worry. I don’t know her personally, but when you follow someone like her for so long, you start to feel an attachment, like she’s a dear friend, and so I worry. 🙂

  4. Looks like you’ve heard this from quite a few people but even now I am unable to download the Colorado pattern that I do like and hope to see more states from you. I was sad to hear your health is not on an upward slope by now. Get better and we’ll wait to hear from you that we can get this block.

  5. I love your block! I love the mountains! I cannot find the link to get your pattern download. I would love to havae the pattern.

  6. I know you are very busy running all the Hops. I love this block so much better than the other ones. Beautiful mountains. Please post the link so we can download.
