Welcome!! Today is the last day of the Black Cat Crossing Blog Hop and also the day for me to show you what I’ve been up to this year. First, I made a lovely tealight, this is also a candle cover, so I can also wrap it around a candle if I’d like to.
The little charms are from OESD Designs, this was one of the first design sets I ever bought many many years ago.
There are some bats, skeletons, pumpkins, candy corn and ghosts. I placed the bats on some white fabric so you’d see them better.
The reason I made these charms is below…
Some of these designs, I digitized myself, some of you might recognize the hand and the eye from last year that was quite popular, I have been doing a lot of machine embroidery and applique over the last few months, so I decided to create my project this year with designs I’ve purchased in the past or new ones I purchased this year.
The charms will go onto the quilt, once I can finish the quilting.

Your quilt is to die for! I love all the different little blocks and features. I could stare at it for hours! You did a great job making your lace charms, too. I have a Bernina embroidery machine, but I’ve never tried making the lace. After seeing your cute charms I may give it a try. Thanks for sharing!
