In a day and age when we are seeing more and more people trying various techniques for quilting, along come two sponsors who really give us great joy in our quilting with not only their designs but their software.

I know this post is very late today, it’s just been a very weird day for me. I lost a folder in my email software that included all the sponsor information. Thank goodness I keep all my email from Gmail in the All Mail folder after it’s downloaded… I’m currently re-downloading all email for the last 30 days. Over 5300 emails, but it’s worth it to get that info back.

Today’s great sponsors are Electric Quilt and Amy Bradley Designs.

Electric Quilt has been a sponsor of this event for all three of this row alongs years now. Our first year actually featured Electric Quilt’s software and all the designers who were in that row along that year used Electric Quilt to create their rows with. We called that Row Along EQ Seasons.

Amy Bradley is someone whom I’ve long admired and that is the reason I approached her this year to be a sponsor. I absolutely love her patterns. They are cute, fun and whimsical.

I Love My Electric Quilt – 10 Tips For Using EQ

I’ve said it many times over, I love Electric Quilt. It is the most amazing software, they offer great support and when I really need them, they have always been their for me, including when I needed a replacement cd, because I didn’t have mine to reinstall EQ with. These are really great people that go well beyond what you’d expect for tech support, a helping and always friendly attitude and getting you so you feel comfortable using the software. They have been around now for 25 amazing years. Only the best softwares in the world can boast that kind of record.

I am my usual late self, for some reason, I just had it in my head that the 10th of the month was tomorrow, even said it on my post yesterday, and then last night Quiltshop Gal was sending me the rafflecopter code and letting us know she would not be online today.. Sadly, her site is down, so it’s just Tina and I today doing lessons for you.

Today, I have 10+ tips for using Electric Quilt that will make drawing just a little bit easier.. This is not a short video, it’s just right around 42 minutes long, but it is packed with tips and techniques that will make it well worth watching.

EQ Seasons – Week 2.. Welcome

Here we are in week 2 of EQ Seasons, and 5 new row patterns will be released today.

It’s been a very exciting week seeing what people have created so far, you can view what people are creating from the Flickr group, we’ve got some really cute rows already up for you to view there.

The Facebook group has also been very active with the various topics, and people curious about this Row-Along.

Today is also one of my days to post a row, it will be posted under this post.
