You won’t want to miss the great sites participating in this fun blog Hop.
Let’s Twist To The 60’s is a blog hop that features a theme of the 1960’s. We have to use at least 1 batik in our project with a 60’s theme. I am very excited to see what each of the different blogs are doing.
I don’t know to many people who don’t like the holiday known as Halloween. To my knowledge, not many countries celebrate Halloween except for the USA. I’ve always viewed Halloween as part of a fun day that finally lets people be who they really are. While American’s may dress up in silly costumes and decorate there homes like a store decorates for Christmas, it’s the only day I know of where people just let lose and be free.
I’m super excited to be part of the Wicked 3 Blog Hop over at Sew We Quilt. While I haven’t yet come up with what I’ll be doing for this Blog Hop I know that it will be fun, and fantastic to just be part of it. Of course, it will be something quilted, and will probably include a few monsters. Be sure to come and visit all the great sites that will be participating. Once I know my day, I will post it on my blog.
See ya there,
I’m very excited to be part of the Twist To The 60s Blog Hop over at Sew We Quilt. I’ve got my pattern drawn in EQ 7 and am starting to stitch it out today. My day for the BlogHop is September 30, 2013, so be sure to stop back then. I can’t wait to see you and hear what you think.
See ya there,
For me, the last day of the contest has arrived and I have gone thru the list of comments and been to random.org to let them pick the winner.
We now have a winner for the Quiltmaker 6 Quilting Designs CD from Electric Quilt.
And the winner is…
It’s been an amazing week full of fun, learning and great times at each of the different sites for Bea’s EQ Applique’D Animals Blog Hop. For me, being a new blog site, I’ve learned not only about EQ itself, but taking care of my blog and how to do things I was not aware of prior to people coming to visit me. I wish to take a moment and thank each of you who visited, especially those of you who left comments, compliments and the wanting to learn. I hope you will take the time, or purchase EQ and realize that your dreams can come true in quilting.
The above image gallery is a beautiful reminder of the sites I’ve learned from this week and a wonderful opportunity for you to continue to visit.
This is the second block I have designed in Electric Quilt.
Thanks go to Bea for letting me join this Blog Hop, The tutorial at DoYouEQ called Tracing In PatchDraw, Electric Quilt who creates this software for us to play in. The Graphics Shoppe who’s images I used to create my blocks for this blog hop.
Today I have created for you a Bee block which I have named Bea’s Bee. If you’d like to learn how to create the block yourself, you can watch the video below, otherwise, feel free to just download the pattern and enjoy. You will find the pattern near the bottom of this post.
