It’s A Garden Party Row Along Day 8…

stbs-IAGPRAL-2020Today is day 8 of the for the It’s A Garden Party Row Along. As I’ve said for many months I love this year’s row patterns. Your comments seem to say yes I love them too… I’m so happy you are enjoying them and hoping you are expressing this on the blogger’s website also.

This year many of the giveaways are mandatory entries. This was done to ensure that visitors who try to enter without making a comment would actually have to make that comment to enter. You can’t just visit the other sites and enter anymore. You must comment. Just because you visit the other 2 to 3 sites to enter does not mean your entry will be accepted, if your comment isn’t on that post you lose all 4 entries. This takes time to process because the comment has to be checked and found on that post manually. I will be posting all winners thus far later today as I have a few checks to still make and will then be caught up.

Note: I have 3 posts for next Tuesday, I’ll probably post one of them early Monday night as it’s also the Quilt Block Mania day that is posted each first Tuesday of the month. It is also my day on the row along Tuesday for my pattern and there is also the announcement for the day… I may also combine them with my personal post, so we’ll just see how it goes on that front.

Today is also the start of Wooly Block (site currently offline due to error try later) if you follow that event every year. Join the Facebook group to watch for posts or the Wooly Block FB page. I believe there may also be a newsletter but I am not totally sure as I don’t like newsletters unless there is no other choice.

I am an affiliate of the above companies when you click one of these links and purchase something, I earn a little bit of a commission with it. I use this money to help maintain my website and offer my free patterns to you. Every little bit helps, thank you so much for clicking and for your support. I don’t just offer up these brands to you I actually use their products and shop at these places. I would never partner with someone whose products I didn’t use.

Please remember it takes 2 minutes to comment, please say Thank You, whether you downloaded a free pattern, read a tutorial, or just learned something new. It takes time for people to write a post, take pictures, make a project or even write a pattern.
Let them know you appreciate it.

If your comment doesn’t show up after you post it, it’s most likely gone to the spam folder. I will see it and approve it, unfortunately, it just means something about your email address caught my spam filter’s eye.

  1. First time to your blog. Wonderful quilt block from a great designer who has given us a challenge. Much effort will be rewarded.

  2. A lot of fun on this day in the hop. I love Sun Stitcheries blossom as well as the iris and so many others today.

  3. Beautiful Block!

Marian – just wanted to say thanks for organizing this. I had never done a blog hop before so this is a whole new experience for me. Just realized 8 days in that I had been commenting on the blogs with a different email address then the one I was using in the raffles! Too funny!! It really doesn’t matter because the real prizes are the beautiful blocks/rows that I will have fun with as well as all of the new websites that I will get to visit. Thanks to you and all of the designers!

  4. Of course, I love apples! I live in Apple Country, where we (usually) have the Apple Festival over Labor Day Weekend.

  5. YES!!! loooove apples! We make our own applesauce, after goin to pick them at local orchard 🙂 Thank you for chance to win your Give-a-way too “D

  6. Thanks for taking the time for the row-a-long. It’s been delightful! And thanks to Sunflower Stitcheries for a great block.
