Well, I finally got these patterns done and uploaded. I apologize to those of you who got to see the preview last night on Facebook. Cupcake Block Of The Month
This month’s block is a paid block.
Click The Image To Go To The Pattern.
The Cupcake of the Month block is a free and paid block of the month. One block every other month is free, the other block every other month is paid.
Artwork for the Cupcake of the Month is inspired by Lisa Markle.
Come by and see me later this week as I participate in two blog hops one for Island Batik, and the other is 30 Blocks In 30 Days.
I am working on TTNBC at the moment, but it probably won’t get released now until the end of the month. I will note, these 2 blocks are the last of the outside blocks, and the last of the most difficult blocks in the pattern for a while. The next ten blocks will be pretty easy and will be released more often to get them finished up this year.
I am an affiliate of the above companies when you click one of these links and purchase something, I earn a little bit of a commission with it. I use this money to help maintain my website and offer my free patterns to you. Every little bit helps, thank you so much for clicking and for your support. I don’t just offer up these brands to you I actually use their products and shop at these places. I would never partner with someone whose products I didn’t use.
Please remember it takes 2 minutes to comment, please say Thank You, whether you downloaded a free pattern, read a tutorial, or just learned something new. It takes time for people to write a post, take pictures, make a project or even write a pattern.
Let them know you appreciate it.
If your comment doesn’t show up after you post it, it’s most likely gone to the spam folder. I will see it and approve it, unfortunately, it just means something about your email address caught my spam filter’s eye.
I cannot get the patterns to download, am I too late to get them..thanks
Sandy, I hope you were able to get the blocks to download, I’m not sure why you’d have a problem unless you are using a mobile device.
Marian,
I wanted to tell you how much you help me.
12 years ago a car accident left me with a life of chronic pain, many of my days are spent in bed. On those days I read your blog trying to get the focus off of myself and onto your busy schedule, (I seriously dont know how you keep from running into yourself, since you are so busy lol) I love looking at all of your talented creations. I can’t tell you how much I appriciate your free patterns. Sincr I no longer work, you make it possible for me to try and learn new techniques that otherwise would not be possible for me to get.
Your blog helps me therapeutically
God Bless,
Monica
WoW, thank you for such a beautiful compliment. I know what it’s like to be in a car accident that throws you off your game. I am disabled myself, but not to the degree it sounds like you are. I like creating patterns and that’s what really does keep me going. Thank you for such a beautiful comment.
Thanks for the patterns Marian, really appreciate all that you do thank you, jacqui
