Sunbonnet Sue and Sam In Florida Released…

I was hoping to get this posted yesterday, but I forgot that it was my day at the doctor’s. Sometimes it’s just in and out and other times it’s half the day. Yesterday was one of those half the day kind of things. I’d had an infection in both my feet for the last few weeks, so she couldn’t do her normal thing four weeks ago when I was last in, Two weeks ago it was canceled due to a snowstorm in the area. My doctor drives in from Denver to treat people on Wednesdays each week. So I am sorry it didn’t get posted yesterday, but here I am today with Florida being released.

Sam is the free pattern for Florida.

  1. Best wishes to you for relief with your feet problem. I have feet problems too so I can sympathize how painful it is and how many other problems it can cause – back, hip, knee, etc.

  2. I’ve been following you for several years now and have been looking for and wondering if you have done Louisiana yet. These patterns are so cute!

  3. I’ve been following you since Feb 2014! I’ve enjoyed you sharing your journey. Thank you for sharing your talent through the years! I wish you good health. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

  4. I do hope your feet will recover soon, that’s a long time to be in pain. 🙁
Thank you for Sam – best wishes

  5. Thank you so much! Love the orange tree…nice touch! I hope your feet stop giving you grief and heal with amazing speed! Horrible to have to suffer through that…cuts the mobility way down, so sorry to hear it!

  6. Thank you so much Marian.
I sure hope your feet get better soon. I know how much it hurts to walk around when they are giving you problems. Take care!

  7. Hope your feet are all better!

Love this Sam. He reminds me of a quilt my grandma made. She always talked about going to Florida and picking oranges and she made many “Sam” quilts. Thanks for sharing your patterns!
