Hi Everyone!! It’s so hard to believe, just a few days away is Christmas and I have just finished up these patterns for you.
I have added a left corner border with a Gingerbread Train Station, Train Cars 09 and 10, and a option bottom right corner with a Gingerbread House and Tunnel instead. I hope you like them. These are available currently only in my Craftsy Store.
I know I am very late today, I never meant to post so very very late. I am sure it’s because I took on to much for today’s post, but I hope you will think it’s worth it. I really appreciate your patience.
I look forward to this event, each year I’ve had my blog opened I’ve done something for Christmas. Last year, I had made a lot of tree patterns, and I had remembered that Janeen also does a 12 days event on her blog. I wrote her and asked if we could do it together and it’s been fun to do it last year and this year. This year, we got together on the same project and came up with the Gingerbread Village for you. This is a fun way to bring people to our blog, and still say Thank You for visiting. We hope you’ll come back for more next year.
So, first, a Huge Huge Huge Thank You for visiting me this year, visiting Janeen, encouraging us to bring you the best of what we have to offer you. It’s a real delight to hear or read a great comment, or see a thank you, or even just wishing us well because you may not have seen us post for awhile. Believe me, if you weren’t visiting, I doubt I’d still be running a blog.
So let’s get to the nitty and the gritty.. Today’s last release… I have for you the Sledding Ginger pattern featured in Block 9 of Janeen‘s pattern. Train 08, Continue reading
Day 11 is here and tomorrow at this time, will be the last day of 12 Days of Christmas. Janeen has block 12 available on her blog. She’s added her blocks to her Craftsy Store for you to pick up if you missed one, I have added days 01 to day 10 on my Craftsy Shop..
I keep apologizing for being late, but ya know, it’s only 9:17am in the morning here in Colorado.. I am not late.. :p~
Today I have for you the Skating Gingerbread Girl and Train Car 07.
And here we are on Day 07 of 12 Days of Christmas, now half way thru this really fun event. Janeen’s village has been such a fun and wonderful way to build a cool Christmas village along with the added shapes and the train, I am certainly enjoying reading your comments and having fun just seeing your reactions.
I keep hearing your planning to make it, I sure hope you will share your photos once you do, I am happy to post them or see them on Facebook in the groups, or even if you post them to the Flickr feed for Seams To Be Sew.
Even Pinterest, if you post them to PInterest or your blog, please drop me a line, I really am interested in seeing your projects.
Good Morning All, I apologize for being late this morning, I was writing the post last night and kept falling asleep at the laptop.. I finally decided to just write Janeen and let her know I’d be late today.
Today’s release marks 3 shapes to download, two of them for Block 02, and the other another part of the Train border. There are two pdf files, so be sure you download both files.
I thought I’d show you two ways the gingerbread can be done… just a slight adjustment makes this look just a little different.
I heard some wonderful remarks yesterday about what you thought of the Gingerbread village Janeen and I have created for you. I promise, it’s only going to get better…
If you didn’t realize it… Janeen had 2 files for you to download yesterday. She has the full set of instructions with all the color charts available. I do not know if she will keep these up for you to download for all 12 days or not, but if you didn’t download it, be sure you grab that file if she still has it available to or you won’t know everything you need to about all the blocks.
For a short time today, my giftbox and lollipop will still be free, once I wake up today tho, they no longer will be free.
Today, I am releasing Gingerbread 1 and Continue reading
Today is the start of this really fun event that Janeen at Quilt Art and I have been cooking up for months now.
She did the background, and I’ve done the foreground.
Each day for the next 12 days, we will bring you a new background a new foreground block. We’ll try to sync our releases for the same time, but because we are a 8 hour time zone difference away, they may not always sync, so you might need to come back.
There may also be times when their are still two free patterns up, this will be because of 24 hours not finishing on the day old pattern yet, We both are committed to keeping the patterns available for 24 hours, so you will need to visit each day for the next 12 days. We will NOT give a free pattern after the 24 hours are up for the previous patterns. Please don’t ask us to.
Today, I am releasing the giftbox and Continue reading
