This is a really quick post today, I was right in the middle of finishing up my applique block for the Island Batik blog hop when I realized I needed to post. I discovered the coolest technique today just by sheer accident and I can’t wait to share it all with you. I plan to do it on my day of the hop, it should be quite fun and I think you also will just love it.
In the meantime, today I have a free block for you, and another continuous line design from Dottoo Dots.
Today’s Continuous Line Design Release is
this fabulous Chocolate Box from the wonderful artwork of Dottoo Dots
and look at the fun you could have creating a border design from these…
I love these, fun and fancy and so darn cute.
Permission was granted by Roy Reed to allow me to use his artwork for creating Continuous line design patterns.

I thank you for all the lovely comments yesterday, it was honestly not my intention to make you feel guilty. Sometimes I just get annoyed and I take it out on the first thing to come along, can you imagine how my little “Boo” wonders about me sometimes, no wonder she sits in her little doggie bed all day with me in the sewing room. I am so thankful for her, she has greatly increased my happiness levels and is such a wonderful dog. We really lucked out finding her at the rescue shelter last year.
I am an affiliate of the above companies when you click one of these links and purchase something, I earn a little bit of a commission with it. I use this money to help maintain my website and offer my free patterns to you. Every little bit helps, thank you so much for clicking and for your support. I don’t just offer up these brands to you I actually use their products and shop at these places. I would never partner with someone whose products I didn’t use.
Please remember it takes 2 minutes to comment, please say Thank You, whether you downloaded a free pattern, read a tutorial, or just learned something new. It takes time for people to write a post, take pictures, make a project or even write a pattern.
Let them know you appreciate it.
This isn’t just about me, you should do this everywhere that you visit.
